• Receive a request for a installation or replacement of HVAC equipment.
• Take measurements and pictures at jobsite to prepare free proposal for customer.
• Prepare proposal and send to customer.
• Upon approval of proposal, contact customer to decide best time and day for installation or replacement.
• Contact customer 24 hours prior to scheduled install as a reminder.
• Complete installation or replacement as per proposal.
• Confirm proper operation.
• Clear roof of any debris related to install.
• Unit is tested for proper operation.
• Invoice with documentation of diagnosis, repairs, and a list of parts replaced is written.
• Technician explains invoice details and checks out with customer upon receiving signature.
